Create a List
Admin users can create new lists from the Lists toolbar using the plus button. The creation sheet currently asks for:
- List name
- Optional store tag
Use shared lists for shopping and household tasks.
The Lists tab gives your household a shared place to organize shopping and task-style checklists, with lightweight item metadata and household-wide sync.
Open and Use a List
Tap any list row to open its detail screen. Inside a list, unchecked items are shown first and checked items are moved lower.
What list rows show
If a list or list item has not uploaded yet, Berg shows a small offline/pending indicator so you know the change has not synced upstream.
Add Items
At the bottom of a list, use the add bar to enter a new item name and an optional quantity.
- Open the target list.
- Enter the item name.
- Optionally enter a quantity.
- Tap Add.
Berg also records who added each item when that user information is available.
Filter by Store Tag
If items have store tags, the list detail screen shows horizontal filter chips so you can narrow the view to one tag or return to the All view.
Permissions
- Admins can create and delete whole lists.
- Household members can add items to existing lists.
- Items can be checked and unchecked directly from the list detail screen.
