Create a List
Admin users can create new lists from the Lists toolbar using the plus button. The creation sheet currently asks for:
- List name
The Lists tab gives your household a shared place to organize shopping and task-style checklists, with lightweight item metadata, household-wide sync, and item flows fed by meal planning or AI-assisted tools.

Tap any list row to open its detail screen. Inside a list, unchecked items are shown first and checked items are moved lower.
If a list or list item has not uploaded yet, Berg shows a small offline/pending indicator so you know the change has not synced upstream.
At the bottom of a list, use the add bar to enter a new item name and an optional quantity.
Berg also records who added each item when that user information is available.
Shopping lists are not only manual. Berg can also send ingredients from Meal Plan into lists, and Smart Scan can propose restock or shopping items from pantry or fridge images before you confirm them.
If items arrive with store tags from other Berg workflows, the list detail screen shows horizontal filter chips so you can narrow the view to one tag or return to the All view.
